Summary
We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this data protection declaration.

As a rule, our website can be used without providing personal data. Insofar as personal data (e.g. name, address or e-mail addresses) is collected on our pages, this is always done on a voluntary basis as far as possible. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent. We would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. communication by e-mail) can be subject to security gaps. A complete protection of the data against access by third parties is not possible.

Should you have any questions regarding the protection of your data at One Inside, please contact: [email protected]; our data protection officer will provide you with information.

Information, deletion, blocking
You have the right at any time to get information about your stored personal data, their origin and recipient and the purpose of data processing as well as a right to correction, blocking or deletion of this data. You can contact us at any time at the address given in the imprint or at the e-mail address [email protected] for this and other questions on the subject of personal data.

Cookies
Some of the Internet pages use so-called cookies. Cookies do not damage your computer and do not contain viruses. Cookies serve to make our offer more user-friendly, more effective and safer. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer by your browser.

Most of the cookies we use are so-called “session cookies”. They are automatically deleted at the end of your visit. Other cookies remain stored on your terminal until you delete them. These cookies enable us to recognize your browser during your next visit.

You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases, accept cookies for certain cases or generally exclude them and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of this website may be restricted.

Why and how is your personal data collected and used on our website?
When you apply through our job page or any other forms on our website, we collect personal information in our database for future communication (e.g. new job positions, newsletters, marketing materials). If you have not been considered when filling the position for which you have applied, we may contact you for future vacancies.

We collect various types of information:

Curriculum vitae and personal data
The applications sent by you by e-mail or post will be stored for the purpose of processing your application. Your personal data such as your curriculum vitae, the contact information which makes you identifiable, e.g. your name, telephone number and e-mail address, will be stored. We also store other attachments such as your application and other documents such as letters of application, certificates, etc.

Furthermore, we can include a short evaluation of your application in our database. Of course, this evaluation does not contain any defamatory or derogatory statements, only such information that is in a concrete connection with the evaluation and the employment procedure or your job profile.

Access to applications
Your CV can initially only be viewed by authorized personnel officers / HR business partners. If your resume meets the job requirements from the HR department’s point of view, the resume contents are forwarded to the decision-makers in the specialist department for further evaluation. Under no circumstances will the information we collect be passed on to third parties.

Attachements
We ask you to make sure that no file attachments with viruses or worms are sent to us. Please also note that we will not receive information or attachments that contain certain types of personal information, including information about ethnic origin, political, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, health and sexual orientation.

The information provided to us must be truthful, free from copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights, press rights, ethical principles or general third party rights (“Illegal Content”). Please note that we will hold you harmless from any claims that we may have against you as a result of attachments with illegal content submitted to us by you.

Contact Form
If you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details from the enquiry form including the contact data you provided there will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. These data will not be passed on without your consent.

Gender equality
At One Inside, gender equality is a matter of course and is lived daily. However, we also want all texts on the websites to be easy to understand. We therefore use as often as possible a gender-neutral designation and otherwise colloquially usual form. All genders are always meant.

Contradiction advertising mails
We hereby object to the use of contact data published within the scope of the imprint obligation to send unsolicited advertising and information material. The operators of this website expressly reserve the right to take legal action against unsolicited mailing or e-mailing of spam and other similar advertising materials.

Links to websites of other companies and third party applications
To enable you to interact with other websites where you are logged in as a user (such as Facebook and other social media sites), we may provide links or integrate third-party applications that allow you to log in or publish content from our websites.

We may also provide you with general links to third-party websites. Third party social media buttons may log certain information such as your IP address, web browser type and language, access time and referring web site addresses. If you are logged into social media sites of this type, such information may also be linked to your profile information on those sites. We have no control over these third party tracking technologies.

Your use of such links and applications is governed by each provider’s privacy policy. You should therefore familiarize yourself with this Privacy Policy before using the links or applications. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of those other sites.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, we advise you to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
